YaRooms is a browser-hosted application that will let all the people who work at any company know about the availability of meeting rooms. And in case they find one that is available for when they need it, then they will be able not just to book it but also plan exactly what they will do once they meet there.
The main strengths of this application derive from the fact that it supports both multiple users and multiple time zones. This means companies that have offices spread the width and breadth of the world will still be able to use YaRooms as efficiently as ever. And multiple locations within the same city are also supported, letting employees shift from one office to the other dynamically.
While YaRooms is in beta the service will be open to just any person who wishes to use it. All it takes is creating an account beforehand. The prices that will eventually be charged for these services are yet to be determined. But is has already been announced that only the most expensive plan will come with an iPhone interface, and with support for touch screens.
