Did you loose your job? The New York Workforce website can help you. This is the New York State Department of Labor official website, where you will find information and resources to find a new job plus disability program and displaced homemaker centers information.
On the left side of the home page you will see the main menu. There you will find the different sections you can enter on the website. Look at them and select the one you are interested in.

The other important service you can get from the Department is their Displaced Homemaker Program, which is aimed to support those individuals who have been displaced from their careers as unpaid homemakers.
