There are people who still question the validity of Twitter as a news medium. They clearly have a lot of catching up to do, and I am more than sure that if they simply visit a site like this one then all their doubts would vanish in thin air.
In general, Trentter is a real-time aggregator of tweets. The site has them displayed grouped by country, and (taken as a whole) they stand as a vivid snapshot of the events that are taking place throughout the world at any moment in time.
I think the site would work out much better if you could actually choose which countries are featured on its main page. I mean, as it stands right now you can see tweets from countries that are more than significant, but people living in specific territories will undoubtedly be left unattended. That is clearly an aspect of Trentter that should be revised before too long.
