The Business Poster is a new online destination letting webmasters advertise their sites. I must admit that I don’t feel it is a particularly useful resource, but I will tell you how it works so that you can arrive at your own conclusions regarding the site’s true helpfulness.
In general terms, the main page of the site is made up by a series of boxes where the banners of these sites that pay to be featured will be highlighted. There are currently six of these boxes: “Business”, “Entertainment”, “Education”, “Services”, “Shopping” and “Websites”.
The webmasters are the ones who will choose how long will their banners stay displayed on the site, and also how frequently they are going to pop up during that time.
And that’s it. As a standalone website, I don’t see a lot of potential in this. I feel it is just too islanded for its own good. And I bet most of you would agree upon paying the site a visit – just click on the link displayed below in order to do so.
