Frustrated by having to manually enter in email addresses one-by-one on Twitter’s invitation section to find your friends who are Twittering? Not so convenient, right? Fortunately, a new little application named TwitterSearch lets you reap the benefits of the invitation service without having to pains-takingly search for people one at a time, or having to enter in your GMail contacts (if you’re concerned about privacy issues). TwitterSearch allows you to enter in a list of contacts all together (you can search by name or by email address) into a text block, and the application will run a batch search for you to determine which of these contacts uses Twitter.

Why RecursiveFunction.com It Might Be A Killer
Since the site claims there’s not another efficient way of running a batch search on Twitter, I would venture that this tool would be great for anyone who needs to search for a large number of contacts across Twitter and doesn’t have the time and/or the patience to run multiple queries. Additionally, it’s probably more private than importing your GMail contacts, since it’s an external application.
Some Questions About RecursiveFunction.com
I’m not sure how much time this will actually save; you can’t simply cut and paste a block of email addresses and names from your mail server or contact lists, as you can only enter one address and/or name per line. Could TwitterSearch find a way to enter in multiple contact information per line so that cutting and pasting would be more efficient?
