If you are a quantum physics expert, you probably know that the Planck Constant is a sophisticated measurement unit which you’ll be able to explain much more accurately that I can; if you are not a physics whiz kid, the name Planck’s Constant will probably start ringing a bell on the blogosphere. This truly hilarious site is out and about to parody the mainstream news, especially in their portrayal of muslim people, by presenting news written in a tone and pace that very comfortably blends into that of the main news outlets, only they refer to slightly odd topics “Vatican: the Muslims have overtaken us” or “How to differentiate Moderate Muslims from Extremists”, so in a way I reckon Planck’s Constant could very well be interpreted as the repressed unconscious of Fox News.
What has not at all been repressed in this site is html code pasting for any imaginable button and traffic tracker ever, so while you are having a few laughs reading the posts, you get not one but four traffic meters (oh, the quest for objectivity!), two widgets showing where the site visitors are coming from and what site redirected them, and other such visual nuisances. It seems the whole widget setting impeded the otherwise quite able author of Planck’s Constant to set that extremely useful feature for a blog called ‘The most Read Posts’, as that is the most old-school effective way to not only monitor your traffic, but to keep them coming: show them your best work.
