The latest Zombies map, “The Tomb,” has arrived in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. This guide will walk you through the steps to complete the main Easter egg quest. First, make your way to the Subterranean Temple by opening doors using Essence until you reach the underground area marked with glowing red runes.
This will take until about round six. In the Subterranean Temple, interact with the sarcophagus to place the amulet from the Citadelle des Morts quest. The Door to Nowhere behind the sarcophagus will open, leading to the Dark Aether.
Wait for the Shock Mimic to spawn around round eight. Defeat it to obtain the Monocle, which is necessary for crafting the Staff of Ice. Purple crystals will spawn around the map.
Destroy them near wall paintings to light up constellations. Shoot the glowing symbols in Roman numeral order on the Bull and Hunter constellations. Combine the parts and Monocle in the Dark Aether Nexus and protect the crafting process to create the Staff of Ice.
Steps for completing the main quest
Return to the Subterranean Temple and shoot three purple crystals with the Staff of Ice within ten seconds. In the Dark Aether, shoot three floating rocks with purple symbols.
One of the four doors in the Dark Aether Nexus will close. Identify which door closed and shoot the matching three symbols. Go back through this door in the Dark Aether Nexus.
Interact with and follow the purple orb, charging it by defeating enemies. It will lead you to upgrade the Staff of Ice into Ull’s Arrow. Complete enemy waves using different powers in the Dark Aether, surviving and returning crystals to their respective statues.
After following lasers to a wall, interact with the Sentinel Artifact to initiate the boss fight. Avoid lasers and break Artifacts during damage phases until victory. By following these steps, you should be able to conquer the main quest of The Tomb in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
