Getting started is very easy. All you have to do is create an account, enter your trip itinerary and specify your location. Whenever a match is found for you, you will be notified via SMS, and an e-mail that details the name and cell phone number of your co-rider will also be sent your way (nothing else is shared at this stage). A partnering car service then calls each one of you in order to arrange the ride.
