Creating virtual business cards is easy when you can use a service like CardFlick.com. Easy, and also very rewarding as the results you can get are nothing short of extremely professional. CardFlick is a service that lets you take any image that’s on your Facebook or Instagram profile, and use that to come up with a lively card you can then share with all your contacts on the social web.
Still, it must be mentioned that if you don’t have a Facebook or an Instagram account (or if you have one, and you’re dead against letting other people access it) then you can use photos that are stored on your HD instead.
I can’t help but wonder how long will it be before services like this one come with support for Pinterest. But having read an article earlier today breaking the news that Pinterest is generating more traffic for blogs than Twitter, I suppose the answer is “not too long”.
This service is basically provided at no cost, but there’s a “Pro” version for those who want to have their cards printed in a quality way.
