Aqha.com is a website designed for those who have a passion for quarter horses and trail riding. Individuals come to this site to get information for internationally recognized trail rides that those that own horses may participate in. These organized rides are an attempt to keep horseback riding alive and a way for others to meet people that have the same passion as their own. These rides are also educational for those who may or may not know specific facts about the breed.
Aqha.com has several different sections for many people, including those specifically interested in showing, racing and trail riding. There is even a section available for young riders – meaning those 12 years of age or younger. With these different sections available, any and all information that could be pondered about should be able to be answered. The AQHA also has a members section, allowing individuals to sign up and log hours in the saddle in an attempt to gain enough points for certain prizes.
Aqha.com has been around for several dozen years and has thousands of quarter horses registered on its page. The owners often come up with unique names to make their horse sound different and diversified. The owners of these horses often spend thousands of dollars on them in order to get them trained for racing or showing, and/or just to tend to their needs as a pet. The AQHA has veterinarians that are specifically trained to handle horses, and there is an email that can be used for members that have questions about their horse.
