YourCause is a platform for charitable causes. Basically, it helps users organize a web page to support and promote the cause of their choice.
This way donors can find causes, members can rally up aid for their favorite charities and the community gets involved to make the world a better place. Each cause page includes a quick profile about the member who set up the page itself, along with a synopsis of the problem, tags, and a mission statement. On the left side you’ll find tools for emailing the person in charge, a link for sharing with friends, and event calendar, and testimonials. Each cause is also rated by the community. There are separate tabs for browsing community members as well as charities. There’s also a section for celebrities and their causes, e.g. Orlando Bloom and his fight to find a cure for EB, or Morgan Freeman’s help fight natural disasters cause.
