The Wounded Warrior Project was founded on the principle that veterans are the nation’s greatest citizens. It seeks to assist those men and women of their armed forces who have been severely injured during the conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations around the entire world.
The vast majority of their funds go directly to programs and services for injured service members, and in a head-to-head comparison with other veterans’ service organizations. At the top of every page you will find some sections that provide valuable information about the organization, its alumni and news, and events and programs, and also offers videos and donation information.
