With, an Israeli startup providing an end-to-end platform for city offerings to communities, has raised $10 million in seed financing. The funding will help expand With’s reach in North America and further develop its AI capabilities to support local leaders in creating simple and vibrant community-building initiatives. Investors in the funding round include Boaz Amiti, Tal Ventures, Iron Nation, Unicorn Technologies, Ariel Maislos, and Yuval Bar Gil.
Leading gov-tech industry entrepreneurs Zac Bookman, co-founder and CEO of OpenGov, and Eyal Feder, co-founder and CEO of Zencity, also participated. With’s solution integrates city and county payments, registrations, and communications into one synchronized platform. Municipal staff and partners across various departments can create events, publish them, and immediately open a ticketing system.
The platform’s AI capabilities and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system can proactively suggest events based on resident demand and interest, helping municipal leaders gauge initiative impacts and return on investment. The company currently partners with more than 100 cities and counties across the U.S., Canada, and Israel. Ahead of its U.S. launch, With has added more than 20 North American customers over the last few months, with Scottsdale, Arizona, and Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, among its largest partners.
At With, our mission is to empower city and county leaders globally to build resilient, thriving communities that foster deep, meaningful connections among residents,” says Adi Perry, CEO and Co-Founder of With.
With raises $10M for community platform
By equipping local leaders with cutting-edge tools to engage their communities in meaningful and personalized ways, we aim to transform every city and county into a vibrant, dynamic hub where residents feel truly connected and inspired.
Despite significant spending on community engagement, many local governments often struggle to understand their residents’ preferences and needs.
Residents, in turn, frequently miss out on local events and experiences due to a lack of accessible and centralized information. This disconnect hinders trust in local authorities and results in wasted municipal budgets. With aims to address these challenges by providing a unified calendar that streamlines city and county payments, registrations, and communications.
The platform’s AI capabilities can proactively suggest events based on resident interest, helping local leaders gauge the impact of initiatives and ensuring a high return on investment. “With’s centralized community calendar is something we’ve been seeking for years. The burden on residents to find out what’s happening in a city in one unified location has always been a challenge we’ve aimed to solve,” says Kelly Corsette, Communications and Public Affairs Director for the City of Scottsdale, Arizona.
“Cities spend millions on programs for their residents but struggle to optimize the benefits,” says Ron Ostroff, Founder and Managing Partner at Tal Ventures. “The cities we spoke with saw an immediate return on investment from With’s platform, which was a critical factor in our decision to invest.”
Based in Boston, MA, and Tel Aviv, Israel, With is a holistic Community Calendar Platform that consolidates local events, programs, activities, and community-building opportunities. This platform provides local governments with valuable insights into community demand, preferences, and trends, allowing for more effective and meaningful engagement with residents.
