This is done by buying what is called a dib – each one of these will let you stay at the hotel in question for one night. You can buy as many dibs as you want – getting a lengthy stay together is not going to be difficult in any sense. It will be a matter of buying all the necessary dibs. Then, the day you want to make the actual bookings you simply use all the dibs that you had purchased in order to arrange your stay there, at the price that you had originally seen. You will not be charged a single cent more.
The one catch (if it can be called a catch) is that such a system applies only to the hotels that are featured on the TripDibs webiste. That is, you are not going to be able to buy dibs for just any hotel that picks your fancy. Again – that is no really a catch, but more of a logical consequence of how the service is structured. A service like this one could never work in any other way.
