The game will offer cross-platform online multiplayer for up to 8 players. It will also have expanded Create-a-Skater and Create-a-Park modes, and an “enhanced” New Game+ mode. The Digital Deluxe Edition costs $20 more than the Standard Edition.
It includes 3-day early access, additional playable skaters, unique outfits, extra songs, and exclusive Create-a-Skater items. For Xbox and PC players, the standard edition will be available on Game Pass from day one at no additional cost to subscribers. Preordering the game grants access to the Foundry Demo and the Wirefram Tony shader.
However, it looks like the Nintendo Switch version will require a mandatory download. The size and content of this download are currently unknown. This could potentially cause issues for physical game enthusiasts in the future.
