Tell.ly provides startups and small companies with something that otherwise would cost them a lot of money and time to get implemented: a business telephony system. Tell.ly manages to provide one such service at a fraction of the cost by making everything run in the cloud. Tell.ly is actually very similar to Google Voice, but the big difference is that it’s a service which is aimed at companies, not individuals. If you’re a business user and you sign up for this service, you’ll find that Tell.ly lets you make and receive calls straight from your browser, and have them both recorded and analyzed. Plus, as a user of Tell.ly you (and all the people who work as part of your company) will get to use a common address book.
And just in case you’re wondering, Tell.ly works with your local phone number, so that you can present yourself like a true professional. As a matter of fact, Tell.ly also works with toll-free numbers, so it’s a service that can suit most business contexts.
The basic version of Tell.ly costs $5 per month, and it comes with 50 prepaid domestic minutes. This version doesn’t support toll-free numbers, and it’s limited to 1GB of storage. If you need more than that, then you have three additional plans to choose from, all them suited to companies of different size and standing.
