In 2022, Seattle-based real estate startup Arrived Homes purchased the property and began an extensive renovation to transform the interiors to match the sets from the show. Arrived Homes spent a year meticulously recreating the house’s interior, paying close attention to every detail. Visitors will find the famous alphabet wall adorned with Christmas lights, the retro-styled bedrooms of Will and Jonathan Byers, and a kitchen filled with 1980s artifacts.
The company even enlisted the help of professional set designers from the show to ensure authenticity. The Byers’ house is now available for rent on Airbnb, with rates starting at $350 per night on weekdays and $700 per night on weekends.

The property can accommodate up to eight guests, making it perfect for “Stranger Things” fans looking for a unique getaway. But the experience doesn’t stop at just staying in the house. Arrived Homes is also offering fans the opportunity to own a piece of the property.
For as little as $100, individuals can purchase shares in the rental property and earn a portion of the income it generates. Arrived Homes co-founders Bret Neuman and Alejandro Chouza are excited about this unique venture. “There’s nothing like this on the market,” said Chouza.
The company, known for using crowdfunding to democratize real estate investment, has already funded 437 properties across 65 markets, with more than $200 million invested by 678,000 backers. As fans eagerly await the fifth and final season of “Stranger Things,” set to stream in 2025, the Byers’ house on Airbnb offers a chance to step directly into the nostalgic and supernatural world of the series.
