That is, you submit a username for it to analyze, and by looking at the way that the person has posted tweets over time it will tell you his sleeping schedule.
This could lead to some amusing discoveries, were it not for the fact that there are tools that let you post to Twitter automatically. This means that the purpose of a site like When Do They Sleep is somehow defied. Somehow. The users who tweet out scheduled updates are far and far between – the vast majority of individuals using Twitter for personal purposes do it all manually and in real time.
As I said at the beginning, this is just for those who want to have some fun and learn just a tiny bit more about their Twitter friends. You can also use it to learn more about celebrities. But I fear the service is far too basic to cause anything but a slight impact. New functionalities should be implemented as soon as possible, or the service should be integrated with another one in order to survive.
