Skimlinks is a service that is geared towards publishers who are looking into a viable approach to affiliate marketing. Basically, clients focus on their community and the content that they want to get across, while the company takes care of merchant management and tasks such as network synchronization and the addition of links.
In order to use this system, the client has to add the skimlinks plug-in to his site, and content links which are created from that point onwards are automatically turned into affiliate links.
