Whenever a person comes across a website which bears the SecureRight logo, this means that the information the customer is required to submit therein will only be shared with the providers of said services and products.
The site features a list of members of the SecureRight network. This list is available on the “About Us” section, which also includes job openings and employment opportunities at the company. A form is included for individuals who desire to file a complaint. Besides personal particulars, this form includes a message field for the reporting of the fraudulent activity. In addition to that, the site includes links to several resources such as federal privacy policies and information from the Federal Trade Commission regarding business compliance. Likewise, there is information on anti-spam laws in the State of California.
