They are completely aimed at the preservation of genetic resources. One of its main attractions is that besides what they commonly produce, they work with other producers in order to produce not only rare but also unusual seed varieties and poultry breeds. On this site you will be able to order vegetables such as beans, broccoli, collards, corn, cucumbers, garlic, spinach, tomatillo, cabbage, lettuce, leek, mustard and muskmelon, among many other. Additionally they also produce grains including barley, amaranth, sesame, and also flowers like cannas, sunflower and cotton. At the moment they accept orders only by mail.
