well my guess is that it could be a great site becuase it offers free advertising to one of the highest paid ad types on the net so that should attract people and agents to list and I am sure in the future when they have more listings and more traffic to the site there will be a surcharge for new listings which could bring in alot of money for the most expensive real estate market in the US
