As the title of the review puts it, this is a new service whereby you will be able to create a social radio. That is, by complying with an easy registration process you can add and remove channels which you are keen on, be them music, news or any other type of channel you could think of.
Getting started is very easy – you simply choose a couple of music, news and humor channels and then choose people you’d like to follow, and then you can start listening right away. Of course, it is always possible to add or remove channels at a later time should your tastes changes and you outgrow the Jonas Brothers for good.
Note that RadioWeave also has a feature which can eventually turn out to be useful but which is a bit bizarre as its stands right now, owing to its implementation. You see, the site lets you follow a Twitter account and have its tweets read aloud to you. The voice is highly reminiscent of that employed by 16 bit computers like the Atari ST or the Commodore Amiga. Having grown up with them I found it quite amusing, but I think younger users will find it a bit distracting.
