Pycasa is a simple real estate search site of homes for sale by owners. Users enter in the location in the search field of where they would like to purchase property, and they are instantly shown a list of available properties in that area.
Users are provided with a Google Map of the area, with available properties plotted on that map. Each property listed has its own profile, complete with photos, listing price, and other relevant information. The initial search field is limited only to the location name, but once properties are listed, users can manipulate the choices, adjusting the number of baths, bedrooms, and other criteria to their liking.

First, Pycasa provides search results for the many FSBO sites already listing properties. Pycasa has good intentions. The more free resources home buyers have, the better. However, the amount of properties available on the site is scarce. The search capabilities that users may use are also limited. The site needs more property listings, as well as further development.
