If you are a job seeker you have to click on My Job Site on the menu located at the top of the homepage. From there you can do a Job Search, Submit a Resume or you can search for jobs right now by clicking on Search Jobs. If you want to view the newest jobs posted all you have to do is click on the Hot List. You can even view jobs from Featured Employers located on the right hand side, or you can click on Browse Employers to view all employers who use the site. If you are an Employer, you have to go to Employer Info/Post Jobs to find out how this website can help you. If you already have a username and password, just go to the login category to access your account and search resumes.
