Ourlikes.com is a fun site for singles, or those who are chained-but-still-looking, that matches people based on things they like.
This sounds rather elementary, and the rest of the site matches that vibe. The main page displays females on one side and males on the other, and in the middle is an image. Ourlikers rate the image from “can’t stand” to “love,” and according to the users answer, the lists of female and male matches shift. Those who answered similarly are moved up and those with opposing responses shift down. The matches are represented by a profile picture, but most profiles lack a photo which makes it confusing to figure out who is who. To make it past the first few image tests site visitors must register and sign in. Once Ourlikers are signed in they can view the profiles of their matches and see what specifically they have in common. This is a good base to start a conversation, but a relationship might take more than two people who “can’t stand” the TV show 24.
