XAP comes in two forms—individual and community. The former caters to those with less than $5 million in startup funds and revenue who qualify for OpenSpaces’ Startup Program. The latter, Community Edition, is more for the masses. It’s freeware that provides full functionality. OpenSources wants to provide you with the tools and framework you need. They want to develop a community that allows developers to freely share and contribute their ideas to the development framework. What’s more, currently OpenSpaces is holding a contest with a $10,000 grand prize for those who are ready and willing.
