OpenSourceTemplates is a non-profit website dedicated to providing developers a host of completely free website templates to use in the design of their next website. The site currently lacks the volume prevalent on other sites but the quality of the templates is of a high nature and there are no strings attached.
Simply click on the “download” button when you find a template that you think goes with your project and it will automatically start to download. While there is no obligation to do so, OpenSourceTemplates nicely asks that if you do decide to use a template that you’ve downloaded from them, that you include a link back to their site somewhere on your site.

Some Questions About Opensourcetemplates.org
At first glance, the site would appear to be completely free and not in it for the profit, but delving a bit under the surface suggests otherwise. Most of the tabs at the top of the page are links to external pay-sites which is not a bad thing but a bit sneaky.
