This site will appeal to those who have an acute case of attachment to the world of online videos, and who won’t be able to rest until they have explored its every ramification.
Essentially, what the site does is to highlight the most popular content that is being watched on the World Wide Web at any moment in time.
The one source that is checked is YouTube (naturally), and the videos are streamed one after the other. The algorithm that is employed for determining the popularity of each video takes into account not only YouTube views but also retweets and other social metrics
What I said in the first paragraph about this site being aimed at people with “an acute case of attachment to the world of online videos” was only half a joke. I mean, who would want to check out a site like this day in and day out? That doesn’t mean the site is not useful – it does what it is meant to do well, after all. It is just that the service it renders is not something that would make the world stop and take notice… yet. As it stands right now, the site is a nice distraction and little else. The addition of some personalization features, for example, would certainly give it a hefty boost.

The seed has been sown for a service that could take off as new features are implemented and further ways of interacting with other users are added.
