The London-based tech company Nothing is reportedly working on three new smartphones set to launch in the first half of 2025. According to leaker Yogesh Brar, who shared the information on X, one of the devices is a successor to the Nothing Phone (2). Earlier, a device with the model number Nothing A059 was spotted on Geekbench, believed to be one of the upcoming phones.
It is expected to feature advanced AI capabilities, as hinted by Nothing’s co-founder and CEO Carl Pei, who mentioned a “redefined” smartphone experience with seamless and smart AI interactions. Rumors suggest that Nothing is also planning a more powerful Nothing Phone (3) Pro, codenamed Hisuian Arcanine, which could feature a larger 6.7-inch display, a periscope telephoto lens, and MediaTek’s latest processor.
Nothing plans 2025 smartphone lineup
The standard Nothing Phone (3) is rumored to be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, sport a 6.5-inch OLED screen, and have a starting price of around $600 or INR 50,000. The identity of the third phone remains unknown, but it is speculated to be a successor to or a refresh of the CMF Phone 1, catering to the budget and entry-level category. This diversified approach could help Nothing cater to a wide audience and solidify its position in the competitive smartphone market.
While the launch of these devices is anticipated in the first half of 2025, it is important to note that manufacturers often change their plans, and products can be delayed or canceled. As the launch dates approach, more details and official announcements from Nothing are expected to emerge.
