NabeWise is a startup that aims to make the process of hunting for a house something as enjoyable as it should be. The site will let you input a lot of criteria and then produce a list of matching results by crowd-sourcing the knowledge of locals.
Some of the attributes that your search can take into account include safety, trendiness and noise-level. Furthermore, NabeWise will let you create as many heatmaps as you want, showcasing these neighborhoods that have the biggest amount of points in common with your specific interests.
Besides, each of the featured neighborhoods has its own score card. Five different categories are featured: “Quality of Life”,” People”, “Things to Do”, “Character”, and “Schools”. Finding the most suitable place to head to shouldn’t really be that hard, then.
This service is not available nationwide yet. Only a handful of sites are supported, but more are going to be added soon. For the time being, only those of you who reside either in New York or San Francisco will be able to use NabeWise to the full.
