MyTherapy is a program that generates common psychiatric diagnoses by means of a computerized diagnosis program that is called Decisionbase. This program adheres to the same principles and diagnosis criteria set forth in the DSM-IV manual (“Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Fourth Revision” – the exact equivalent to the European ICD – 10 system).
In addition to producing psychiatric diagnoses, Decisionbase acts a computerized diary that enables the individual to record the changes in his quality of life. A statistical analysis summary is produced taking the diary as the starting point, and the success or failure of the corresponding therapy can thus be assessed. The program’s official website can be found at MyTherapy.com, and besides providing a list of all the supported psychiatric disorders a set of demos that highlight MyTherapy’s features is provided. These include both a slideshow and an interactive demo. A demo of the aforementioned diary can also be accessed online.
