MyMapNights is another Google Maps mashup that lets you tell the world where you’re going and what you’re doing tonight. You can see what others across the world are doing tonight by watching the pop up balloons appear across the map, or you can create your own pop up by first specifying where on the map you’ll be heading out to using the drop and drag icon.
Then you have the option of entering in a location (say, the name of a pub), a description of your activity (drinking a lot of brews), a date and time, and you can even include a picture or photograph if you want. The site currently sees the most users from Europe, so this is where you’ll see most of the popups displayed.

There’s nothing about this application that’s particularly useful, and most of the functions don’t even work correctly. Additionally, it seems that most users enter in incomplete information, which might be a single word that nobody else understands due to the language barrier. It doesn’t seem like users are taking advantage of all the features necessary to make this an actual fun tool; I didn’t see an uploaded pictures or descriptions of locations and/or activities.
