Musicr.info – Get Musical, Find Info on Your Fav Artist

Musicr.infoMusicr.info has come into a precariously saturated market, but that seems not to have made much of a difference to them.

The site could be described as a databank containing information about the latest pop hits as pulled from Yahoo music charts, MTV Europe, and MTV Overdrive. Actually that last one doesn’t seem to have any listings, for the moment. But if you take a look at the other two, you’ll get a listing of the top ten songs and the artists who sing them. Click on a song title, lets say Fergie’s ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry,’ and you’ll see the song’s lyrics on one side and YouTube videos on the other side (some appear to have nothing to do with Fergie). Now if you were to click on the artist Fergie, rather than her hit single you’d get a listing of her popular songs, her albums and singles, as well as related artists. Besides browsing the top lists you can search for music using tags or using the search bar.

Some Questions About Musicr.info

Musicr really doesn’t do much. You could simply do a Google search to find out the same info. It only deals with popular chart hitting music, so that leaves much to be wanted. Will they make the font larger? It’s almost illegible. More search filters? Musicr.info
