Don’t miss this site to discover the many interesting and useful things you can learn: the full academic catalogue can be found on the site, together with useful information on financial matters, class schedules to see whether you can fit school into your life or work hours, and even the cafeteria menu.
Other community colleges provide self-assessment tests to help students determine possible areas of study, which is a feature I found this site to be lacking. I was happy to see that a variety of checklists and instructional flyers are to be found on the site, as researching one’s university can be a confusing time, so having all the steps laid out is always useful, though note that MidMich.edu wasn’t able to escape the PDF fever that’s ailing educational sites all over the internet: most of the information is in this format, and most of the times you are not told it is, so that’s probably something to fix.
