Marvel Rivals features a diverse roster of superheroes and villains classified under three categories: Duelists (damage dealers), Strategists (healers), and Vanguards (tanks).

Venom is a formidable character excelling as a Vanguard with exceptional mobility and crowd-control abilities. Luna Snow shines as a Strategist, able to heal allies while damaging enemies with her ice abilities. Adam Warlock brings both healing and a strategic advantage with his Soul Bond ability.

Moon Knight is known for direct damage dealing, able to execute powerful attacks using his Crescent Dart and Moon Blade.
Magneto is a Vanguard with strong defensive capabilities, able to shield teammates and generate projectiles. Squirrel Girl excels in crowd control as a Duelist, using her explosive nuts and Squirrel Tsunami ultimate to hinder opponents. Hawkeye can deal significant damage and apply various status effects with his arsenal of trick arrows.
Hela harnesses devastating damage potential as a Duelist, using Piercing Night and Nightswords to overpower adversaries.
