uk is the official website of Learning Curve, a free online resource developed by the British government for teaching and learning history. It’s an educational website for history teachers and students that covers a wide range of topics studied in schools and FE colleges across the UK. It follows the National Curriculum for key stages 2 to 5 and though much of the content is British history, you can also find here other topic areas as well. All the content you can find here is based on the History National Curriculum. Besides this, you can access to short lessons, in depth exhibitions, activities, and games. Teachers can access to original documents, photographs, and films, all taken from the National Archives and supported with background information, worksheets, and lesson plans. Finally, the site features links to related sites and all their latest news are posted here as well as their contact information.
