LadderToHeaven.com – Because Good Deeds Pave the Way

LadderToHeaven.comSo technically, your passage to heaven shouldn’t be embellished with stories of how good you’ve been or how many good deeds you’ve managed to scrounge up in your life time; however, I suppose it doesn’t hurt if others are tooting your horn for you. LaddertoHeaven has been conceived for just that purpose; it’s essentially a forum for announcing good deeds.

You can post your own good deeds (in order to be an example for others, so as not to look vain) or post good deeds done to you by others. These deeds needn’t be of the miraculous, over blown, action movie type. In fact most are pretty mundane, for example, someone cites ‘both of the lights in my bathroom went out. I’m very scared of the dark, but luckily my friend Chen Fang let me take a shower in his (well-lit) bathroom!’. Each deed can be rated or praised or they can be scorned (the equivalent of burying). Users can also leave comments.

LadderToHeaven.com In Their Own Words

“Every day, people are doing great things for each other. We are performing incredible acts of kindness, selflessness, and generosity, whether these actions are planned or completely random. But often these deeds go unnoticed; we are too easily preoccupied with all the bad to see all the good in our world. Ladder to Heaven is the first place on the web for users to post their own good deeds and the deeds of others, bringing the righteousness of human nature to the foreground of society”

Why LadderToHeaven.com It Might Be A Killer

This site brings a smile to your face. It’s just nice to see that people do perform good deeds still, especially as the news constantly swamps us with stories of death, murder, war and disease.

Some Questions About LadderToHeaven.com

Some of these good deeds are rather ridiculous and they amount to gloating. Perhaps posts should only be limited by those who were the recipient of a good deed rather than a doer of good, as it seems fairly shallow to post your own deeds. LadderToHeaven.com
