There are just so many ways for connecting with people today that I feel it is safe to say that if you don’t want to communicate with others, it is all because you don’t want to. And new ways for interacting keep on being released.
One of the latest is the one named Jiixo, and it is the one that I am reviewing for you right now.
In a certain way, Jiixo connects people in a simple way and it allows them to share what they are doing with others. It is a Flash-based networking site for people who want to keep in contact with others and for any reason or the other do not want to resort to Twitter or any other established social site.
From a technical point of view, what Jiixo does is to attempt to break through the traditional HTML/Javascript wall and enable people to interact as directly as any solution in real time would let them interact. An account is created very easily, and once you are done you can log in and see if something like this would yield good enough results for you or if you will stick to tweeting. I hate to sound pessimistic, but I think I know the answer in 9 out of 10 cases.
