iTiny is a URL shortener that doesn’t really bring anything into a scene that is packed and really stuffy by now. In actuality (and I am awfully sorry to say it), it has some characteristics that prevent it from being usable.
The most egregious one is that unless you sign up for an account you have to enter a captcha. I understand why that is done (IE, avoiding spam), but I wonder if the programmers of iTiny really thought about the consequences of making users log in each time that they want to use the service when there are a zillion sites that let them do the same straightaway
Also, features like being able to get statistics for your links are only available when you have signed up.
Explaining the way a site like this works would be a waste of time and effort. You know how it goes, and (unfortunately for iTiny) there are other resources that let you do the same in a more comfortable way. I really doubt this will catch on.
