InterviewUp.com is here to let you master what’s undoubtedly the trickiest part of any recruiting process: the job interview. On this site, you can ask all these questions that you always have trouble answering convincingly, and see how people who’ve got that little more experience answer them. The aim of the site is to turn you into the kind of person who would sound both sure of himself and witty when faced with a HR manager.
The way InterviewUp.com works, once you’ve asked a question you can sign up for email updates, and know when an answer has been posted right away. And if you get more than one answer, then you’ll be able to know which is best by looking at the ratings they get. People vote answers favorably by “upping” them, and the best of the best rise to the top.
Of course, you can also help other people out, and answer the questions they post on the site. It can all be done for free – you won’t have to pay anything for using IntervewUp. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you want to monitor all the questions that you’ve submitted (and be notified when they’re answered) then you’ll have to sign up for an account first. But registration to the site’s inexpensive, so that should never be a problem.
InterviewUp is rounded by a board where job listings are posted and arranged by category. If you’re interested, $49 will let you post a job for 60 days.
