Instagram is becoming really widespread service. People have really taken to the social photo sharing app, and the service has recently passed the one million users milestone. Yet, we are still to see a good way to browse through all the photos that such a large userbase keep on contributing. Instagram itself is about to tweak its interface and overall layout, and release an official API. Yet, if you are not one for waiting this startup is for you.
Named Instagreat, it stands as an alternative interface for browsing through all the images that people upload to Instagram. Rather, the focus is on letting you see the ones that have been received more enthusiastically by others, as these pictures that are displayed are the ones that have been liked the most. In each and every case, you can also learn about the date the photo was taken and which filter was used.
An option to like photos right on the site is not yet provided – it looks like that will be possible only when the official Instagram API sees release.
