The term “Indian Casinos” refers to gambling enterprises that are carried out by Native Americans on Indian reservations and/or tribal land. These territories have the peculiarity of being subject to limited sovereignty, and as such they are unaffected by direct State regulations and provisions.
As of this date, it is estimated that about four hundred Indian gaming establishment are operating in the territory of the United States of America. An interactive map of the United States is provided, and it lets the visitor click on any State he wishes.
