Group Story is a new service that will allow anybody to start a collaborative photo book. The whole project was born from the realization that nobody could tell a story any better than a group of individuals.
And if we take into account that a picture paints a thousand words, is there a better way to tell a story than letting a group of people create a photo book? That explains how this site came to be.
Group Story, then, will let anybody create a common workspace for the sharing of images among the members of a group. Any person who is part of the group can upload and tag photos, and all images are viewable by the ones who make up the group and nobody else.
Eventually, these online albums can be turned into physical albums that can be printed and delivered right into the hands of the members of the group.
As a tool, Group Story will be usable by schools, sports teams, sororities, summer camps… each and every entity that is defined by collectiveness will put this to its intended use.
