God Is In The TV Zine (or much more eloquently written, GIITTV) is an online cultural magazine for fans of music, movies, an television. Basically, if you consider yourself “artsy”, “indie”, or “edgy”, you’ll find something on this interesting site to help you pass the time.
GIITTV presents its content in a way that’s similar to Rolling Stone, with news, reviews, features, links, and a forum. There are several ways to browse around this relatively large community; you can search by keyword, or throughout the tabbed categories. If you’re really into the new music scene, you can check out the “Demos” section of the site which features, logically, demos from new artists. The site’s forum section features many active discussions across a variety of different topics. When you tire of browsing GIITTV, you can hit up the links section for a list of labels, promoters, and other online magazines for you to hit up.

GIITTV is a well designed, intelligent community for popular media. Individual site sections are intuitively structured and framed by pleasing interfaces and colors. Though the site itself is relatively minimalist in terms of layout and design; GIITV still manages to feel as artsy as its content.

What is the “Singles Club” link? It doesn’t seem to work. I also think GIITTV could improve the user experience by incorporating some web 2.0 features, especially in terms of the forums; you can’t click on usernames as of now and be presented with user stats or a personal profile.
