A platform that can be accessed both on the Web and while you are on the go, Geosay lets you find what people have said on services like Twitter and Foursquare about any specific place. For example, you can use Geosay in order to learn about the traffic conditions of any place that you are heading to, or you can use it to find out good deals in your close vicinity.
You simply have to indicate the location you want the application to execute the search in for the results to be displayed on the featured Google Map.
Geosays are generated by people upon adding the hashtag #geosay to any geolocated tweet that they are sending out. By doing that, the tweet becomes stored in the Geosay database, and (from there on) it will be findable by just anybody.
When it comes to mobiles (the natural habitat for a service like this one), all major devices are supported. That includes iPhones, Blackberries and Android phones, so that is the lion’s share of mobile users accounted for already.
