They design, manufacture and retail a vast range of miniature plastic and metal soldiers and rulebooks, being are Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 its major brands. The company also holds a global license for a tabletop battle-game based on the successful film trilogy The Lord of The Rings. The retail operation is supported by Games Workshop’s own monthly magazine White Dwarf, which is distributed across the world. White Dwarf is currently published in five languages, and special editions are also produced for the US and Australian market.
