Cylc.Org is the website of the Congressional Youth Leadership Council or CYLC.
It offers educational leadership conferences for an elite group of outstanding young people from across the country and around the world, whose nomination provides them with unmatched enrichment opportunities in a distinguished academic environment. Their programs are designed to inspire outstanding youth to reach their full leadership potential while experiencing the nation and the world from a perspective unlike any other. It is a non-profit organization that provides need-based scholarships to high-achieving students who have qualified to attend the programs offered by the CYLC.
