CrispSpot’s affiliate market, which includes Smashing Magazine, InterfaceLIFT, MostHired, and CSSMania among others, attracts only the most talented and ardent people, so recruiters won’t have to wade through a bunch of third tier apps. Job seekers can search through both full-time and freelance positions. Each job listing comes with a detailed job description and contact info. While the site is still somewhat lacking in the numbers department, the jobs listed as well as the locations are diverse. There’s also a downloadable dashboard for Mac.
