This exemplifies to what extent local news are the main if not the only concern of the County Press, as its original content focuses on matters of local relevance: sporting events, cultural activities, the classifieds. Stories of a larger scale, international news, CDs and movies reviews, the calendar with the cultural events and so on come from external sources such as MIcentral.com (a news portal supported by a conglomerate of 80 Michigan newspapers).
